Richardson Hats will ship same business day if you buy before 11:00am EST Monday-Friday. (orders placed after this will ship next business day).Excluding Holidays. If you Buy and the item or part of your order is out of stock we will email you the same business day with options to help and let you know when new inventory is expected in.
Custom PTS20 Options:
Richardson offers several programs to tailor the PTS20 cap to specific team needs. Contact us for pricing and more information:
- Custom USA Program (PTS20C): Select custom colors for the crown, bill, button, and eyelets. Hand-assembled at Richardson's headquarters in Oregon, this option allows for additional features like piping and various bill styles.
- Custom Express Program (PTS20CX): Choose a base colorway for the crown and bill, then customize the buttons and eyelets. This streamlined process ensures a quicker turnaround for personalized caps.
- Custom Express with Piping (PTS20CXP): Similar to the Custom Express Program, but includes the option to add piping for an enhanced design.
- Custom Ultra Program (PTS20CU): Offers comprehensive customization, allowing for unique colors, trims, and decorations to create a completely bespoke cap.
